KS Electronics offers fast nationwide delivery across all major cities and towns of Pakistan. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. While we strive to deliver on time, KS Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays. Shipping charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately.
Warranty and Repairs
A manufacturer’s warranty may be included with certain products. Please review the warranty details included with the item. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage will be strictly according to the policy of the respective brand/company of the purchased product. KS Electronics does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be processed through the relevant brand’s authorized service center. KS Electronics will assist in guiding customers through the warranty claim process where possible. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with warranty claims or repairs.
Returns and Exchanges
All return and exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. KS Electronics reserves the sole right to decide whether a purchased product is eligible for return or exchange. Returns may be considered if the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered in a damaged condition. Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
